Keeping it light. My post workout lunch. ******************************************************** Half a pear with a tsp of almond butter and a whole grain rice cake with 2tsp of hummus, cucumber and a swirl of salsa brava. 🌀 I've got a big afternoon of washing and twisting my hair (if you are natural hair woman you know what I mean) And I will get my cardio by walking to the store again a bit later. by fitgirlsmarie33
